MYSA 2024 Indoor Camp Refund Policy

• Full refund minus $15 admin fee to Oct 1st
• No Refunds after second week of play, unless medical reason is provided. 
• Medical Reason Pro-Rated Refund - Minus $15 Admin Fee & $10 per week played, before notification date.
            - Medical Reason Refund Calculation = (Registration Fee - $15 Admin Fee) - ($10 x Weeks Played) 
• NSF cheques are subject to a $50.00 service charge.

MYSA 2025 Season Refund Policy

• Full refund minus $15 admin fee to March 31st
• Full refund minus $40 admin fee after March 31st
• No Refunds after second week of play, unless medical reason is provided. 
• Medical Reason Pro-Rated Refund - Minus $15 Admin Fee - Minus $45 Uniform Fee & 10% per week played, before notification date.
            - Medical Reason Refund Calculation = (Registration Fee - $15 Admin Fee -  $45 Uniform Fee) - (((Registration Fee - $15 Admin Fee - $45 Uniform Fee) x 10%) x Weeks Played) 
• NSF cheques are subject to a $50.00 service charge.
